Deaf Culture and History Resources
-
These resources have been curated from various websites and resources. We hope that by posting them here in one place, it will help teachers to be able to better access a variety of materials and save time. We encourage anyone who has resources that should be shared with teachers, parents, and students to please contact us as we would love to consider additional resources that we receive. Contact us here.
Webpages - In this section, we are beginning to find web pages that will assist teachers, parents, and students in accessing Deaf role models, cultural events as well as a variety of other resources where information related to Deaf History and Culture can be found.
Videos - In this section, we are attempting to curate a selection of videos that will be helpful to teachers, parents, and students who may or may not have access to a large Deaf community and resources where they can learn more about the rich culture and history that is contained within.
