About Allana

Allana Bethel is the SOC Executive Assistant. She supports daily operations, coordination, and communication to help the SOC team serve families and communities across Texas. With a background in operations management, Allana brings strong skills in organization, staff support, and systems improvement. Since joining TSD in 2025, she has developed a passion for supporting the mission of the SOC and strengthening connections between programs and the communities they serve. She is committed to continued growth in ASL and values clear, accessible communication in all aspects of her work.
