Rachel Baker
Rachel Baker is the Parent Infant Program Supervisor, leading a skilled team of teachers and assistants who provide home visits and center-based services for deaf and hard of hearing children from birth to age 3 in the greater Austin area. With degrees in Early Childhood and Deaf Education and over 30 years of experience as a teacher and administrator, she understands the critical role of family engagement and language access in a child's development. As an adoptive mother of two children who are deaf and a mother of two hearing children, Rachel brings personal insight and a deep commitment to supporting young children with diverse needs and their families.
